Ever since I read about this amazing gathering in “Sacred Stones and Crystals” by Philip Permutt & Lyn Palmer I knew I had to experience this accumulation of metaphysical energy. This year was my introduction to the Tucson Gem & Mineral Show and I can say it definitely did not disappoint.

We started our experience at the Convention Center where the Tucson Gem and Mineral Society Show was located and enjoyed world class exhibitions including the “Shades of Blue: Minerals of the World” specimens. Dealers from around the globe gathered with beautiful gems and crystals. The energy was intense. I was blessed to have the opportunity to select from mines around the world and gather a collection that will enable me to create some fun and energetically powerful pieces.

Following our day at the convention center we spent time visiting the dealers in tents and buildings scattered around the city. The amazing offerings continued as we wandered for hour upon hour and collected a group of crystals and stones that I am so happy to have met and look forward to working with.

I enjoyed the energy from the crystals, but also the people we met. A couple from Australia, two gentlemen and a couple from France, a delightful lady from Canada, and so many other interesting people from around the US and the world. This was an experience to cherish.

Whether you have a passion for jewelry design or for the beautiful stones and minerals of the earth, I am sure you would enjoy going to Tucson for this gathering of miners, dealers and artists from around the world. I certainly did.

Namasté.
